What We Collect, and Why

PropertyPulse SG is a marketing brand operated by Jonathan Yong, a salesperson registered with the Council for Estate Agencies in Singapore (CEA Registration: R042413J), working under PropNex Realty Pte. Ltd. This policy explains what personal data is collected when you use this site, how it is handled, and what your rights are under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
What We Collect
The contact form on this site asks for three things. Your name, your email address, and your message. Nothing else is required. If you tick the optional box on the form to receive market updates, that preference is recorded alongside your submission.
When you visit the site, basic technical information is logged automatically. This includes your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the time of your visit. This is standard for any website and is used to keep things running and to understand how the site is used.
When advertising and analytics tools are active (see Cookies and Tracking below), those services collect additional data about your visit, such as device information, referral source, and on page actions.
Why We Collect It
Form submissions are used to reply to your inquiry and to keep a record of the conversation if you become a client. If you have given consent on the form to receive market updates, your email is also used to send those updates, and only those updates.
Technical and analytics data is used to maintain the site, improve content, and measure the performance of any active advertising. It is not used to identify you individually.
How We Store It
Form submissions are stored in a secured database (Supabase) and a copy is sent by email to jonathan@propertypulsesg.com via a transactional email service (Resend). Both providers are widely used and follow recognised security practices. Access to the database is limited to Jonathan Yong.
How Long We Keep It
Inquiry records are kept for as long as is reasonably needed to respond, follow up if relevant, and maintain a record of the relationship. In practice, submissions are retained while there is an active or potential client relationship, and reviewed periodically thereafter.
If you have given consent for marketing communications, your email stays on the list until you withdraw consent.
You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time, subject to any legal record keeping requirements that may apply to a property transaction.
Who Else Sees It
Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing purposes.
A small number of service providers process data so the site can function. These include Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Lovable (site hosting), and any analytics or advertising platforms that are active. These providers store data outside Singapore, including in the United States and the European Union, under contractual and technical safeguards.
If a transaction proceeds and you become a client, separate information will be collected and handled under PropNex Realty Pte. Ltd.'s own data practices, which are independent of this site.
Your Rights Under PDPA
Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act gives you the following rights:
- To know what personal data is held about you
- To request a copy of that data
- To request correction of anything inaccurate
- To withdraw your consent for any specific purpose at any time
- To request deletion, subject to any legal retention requirements
To exercise any of these rights, email jonathan@propertypulsesg.com. Requests will be acknowledged promptly and responded to within 30 calendar days, in line with PDPA timeframes.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, you will be notified in line with PDPA's mandatory breach notification obligations.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are essential for the site to work properly. Others are used for analytics or advertising.
The site runs advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) using the Meta Pixel, and uses standard web analytics. These tools collect information about your visit, such as device information, referral source, and on page actions, to measure the performance of advertising and to understand how the site is used.
